Stir-Fry Greens in Oyster Sauce

1Over high heat, saute garlic until fragrant
2Toss in rinsed vegetables and stir quickly for 30 seconds
3Add oyster sauce, sugar and pepper to taste and stir to mix for 1 minute
4Add sesame oil and remove from heat
5Dish the vegetables, leaving the sauce
6Add in the cornstarch slurry and return to heat, stirring until the sauce thickens
7Pour the sauce over the vegetables and top with fried shallots

1 tablespoon fried shallots
1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon cold water
1½ teaspoons garlic, minced
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Pepper to taste
