Sriracha Shrimp Skewers

1Combine the sauce ingredients
2Marinade the shrimp in ⅓ of the sauce for 15-30 minutes. Keep the remaining sauce for basting
3Soak your wooden skewers in some water
4Thread the shrimp with bamboo skewers
5Grill shrimp skewers while basting with the sauce, about 2 minutes per side until nice and charred
6Dish and serve hot with lime wedges and cilantro and/or a sauce dip/drizzle

3 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
2 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon lime juice
2 tablespoon soy sauce
½ teaspoon garlic powder
