Oven-Baked Tandoori Chicken

1Make four slits in each chicken breast to help it cook easier
2Mix the first marinade ingredients together
3Work the first marinade into the chicken and marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes
4Mix the second marinade together and coat each chicken breast in it, making sure to rub it into the slits. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes
5Line a baking sheet with tin foil and arrange the chicken breasts on it
6Bake the chicken in an oven at 325 degrees F for 30 minutes, turning them over halfway through
7Switch the oven to broiling and broil at 450 degrees F for 15 minutes or until the chicken blackens slightly
8Dish and serve hot with sliced onion rings and lemon wedges

½ teaspoon garlic paste
½ teaspoon chili powder
½ tablespoon lemon juice

½ cup plain yogurt, whipped
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon ginger paste
½ teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 teaspons ghee
Salt to taste
