Mozzarella Stuffed Meatball Pasta

1Combine all the meatballs ingredients in a mixing bowl except for the mozzarella cheese and mix together with your hands
2Divide mixture into two. Form two giant meatballs
3Insert a cube of mozzarella cheese into the center of each meatball
4Pack meatballs back into shape firmly and smooth any cracks
5Bake at 400 degrees F for 25-30 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees
6Remove and allow to cool on a cooling rack
7Over medium high heat, heat up or make your favorite marinara sauce in a wide saucepan
8Carefully add meatballs to the sauce, spooning some of the sauce on top
9Dish the spaghetti and place each meatball on top
10Ladle with remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley
11Serve hot

½ lb. spaghetti, cooked al dente
2 cups marinara sauce, store-bought or homemade
Parmesan cheese for serving
Parsley for serving
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup Italian breadcrumbs
¼ cup dry Parmesan
Salt and pepper to taste
Mozzarella, cubed
