Carrot Souffle
Recipe card - step by step recipe instructions

1Over medium high heat, bring a pot of water to a boil
2Boil carrots until tender, about 10 minutes
3Drain and transfer carrots to a blender
4Add melted butter and pulse until smooth
5Add remaining ingredients and pulse into a puree
6Transfer puree to a 1½ quart casserole dish or 4 ramekins placed on a baking sheet
7Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes
8Dish and serve hot

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons flour
3 eggs
