Beef and Broccoli
Recipe card - step by step recipe instructions

1Marinate the beef for 30 minutes
2Over medium high heat, boil some water with a little salt
3Blanch the broccoli for 30 seconds to 1 minute until it turns bright green. Drain and set aside
4In a wok over medium high heat, saute ginger and garlic until fragrant
5Add in the strips of beef and stir-fry until beef is browned
6Deglaze the wok then add in light soy sauce, oyster sauce and brown sugar, stirring to combine
7Add the cooked broccoli and stir to mix well for 30 seconds
8Remove from heat and pour in sesame oil, mixing thoroughly
9Dish and serve hot
